I'm not exactly sure what my topic for my third paper is going to be, but I would love to write about the film, Smoke Signals. Does anyone have any ideas of a decent topic that incorporates this movie?
I really enjoyed this film and I can see many different topics coming out of it, but I think one of my favorites that Ms. Griffiths talked about was all the mentions of fire in the film. She has the examples on her blog. I also think that if you were to analyze the relationship between Victor and Thomas, and why Thomas was so adamant about going with Victor to go get his father. I think that throughout the movie Thomas is trying to get Victor to realize something and he doesn't get it till the very end of the movie. Anyway, this is a long comment, but there are some ideas!!
